Whats the best kind of nitro RC car to buy?
I just want to know what the best king of nitro car is to buy i want something that i can run in the dirt and the grass and gravel and stuff what are you opinions on the buggy's and trucks/monster trucks?
Alright get your price range. There is a huge range out there so if you know what sort of price then you can narrow it down. So, prices and brands. Basically you get what you pay for but you can still pick up good savings if you know how. 2 wheel drive are cheaper than 4 whell but 4 wheel are easier to drive. Also you must know that over all there not cheap $230 is about the cheapest.(Note all the prices i list are australian) going by brands
In the $0-250 range: HSP, Wind Hobbies.
Out of those i would go with the atomic warhead. Good starter car with 2 gears, very quick.

$250-$399, It's a big jump but thats Nitro's for you:
Alright you open up to well known brands here, HPI, Kyosho, Team associated, CEN and tamiya.
I recently bought a kyosho DST, very nice buggy $379.
Another very good deal is for a hobby Pro 1/8, very powerful and extreamly good price, $299.
Another is a Tamiya mighty ballista good car around $350
This sight is the kyosho DST

Alright now in the
$400 above section there are the same brands but also
traxxas, Hobao and others if your in that price range then you will have a lot of fun chosing.
Out of all those i'd probably get the Hobby Pro car very good car for the price. Have a look around that website theres lots of cars to chose from and the owner / manager will help you out in chosing if you want.
Cheers.
